I confirm that my data is accurate and correct. Fees do include group transportation in Tokyo, accommodation in single rooms and meals at Yoyogi NYC, group entrance fees, program parties and insurance. All participants will stay in NYC accommodation facilities to make the most of the cultural exchange and group experience. Fees do not include (international) travel/flight costs to Tokyo, Japan. I understand the conditions and will comply with the conditions of this program stated in the information in the “Hallo Japan 2009”-section on www.djjg.org and here. Upon successful application as a participant of the program, the admission fee becomes non-refundable. All participants will receive a one-year free membership of the DJJG and become active members of DJJG (“Aktive Mitgliedschaft”). I understand that any non-compliance with these conditions may lead to my expulsion from the program and I may be required to return home earlier than scheduled.
